We would prefer you to book online. We will then call you to perform a basic health screen to check if you can attend the appointment.
If you book by phone a health screening will be done at the time of booking.
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment – we do not have space within the building to accommodate high numbers of patients and we would ask you remain outside until your appointment.
Please do not bring anyone with you unless you require a chaperone or carer.
The toilet is available but the waiting room is not in use.
Do not bring any bags or items with you that you do not need.
Phones, car keys, sunglasses and other items must be placed in a pocket or your handbag and not handled again until you leave.
On entering the building, you will be asked to use a hand sanitiser. Once this is done do not handle phones, keys, sunglasses etc.
You will be given an approved mask to use while you are in the building and instructed how to fit it.
Your practitioner will sanitise their hands and instruct you how to fit the mask.
Your practitioner will be using a mask, apron and possibly eye protection.
We have increased the amount of cleaning that takes place in the surgery.
After your treatment, if you have booked online, we will get you to exit the building immediately.
If you need to pay we ask that you use contactless payment if at all possible.
You will notice our reception area is now enclosed for the protection of our staff.
Feel free to use sanitiser on exiting the building.
Do not remove your mask until you are outside.
